1. How can I order wine?

We accept your orders in the most convenient for you way: through our website – www.seewines.com, on 0700 20 202 and via email at info@seewines.com.

2. Do I have to be 18 years old to use your services?

Mandatory. Our site and services can be used by adults only. By submitting an order through the website www.seewines.com, you declare that you are aged 18 years or over and that the contact person at the delivery location is also of age.

3. What will happen if my son, who is 17 years old, has to receive the consignment?

Unfortunately, he is not eligible to receive the consignment. It is a good idea to specify in your order the delivery address of an adult who will be able to receive the consignment.

4. When will you process my order?

All orders received and paid (except for COD. orders) until 4 pm on a business day are processed and handed over to the courier within the same day (except when a longer delivery time is specified on the product page of a particular product). Orders received after 4 pm are processed and handed over to the courier within the first business day after the day of the order placement.


1. What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay for our services and products in one of the following ways: cash, bank transfer, card, ePay micro account, B-pay or Easypay.

2. How can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?

Payment can be made in cash to the courier once the consignment is delivered to you.

3. How do I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay via an online banking service or at the till with an order of payment of the order amount to the account below. Please do not forget to enter in the Reason field the order number and buyer's name.

4. When will I receive my order in case of bank transfer payment?

Bank transfer usually takes 1 to 2 business days, while payments from abroad may take longer. Once the money has reached our account, we will immediately prepare and send the ordered wines. Delivery time after shipment is stated during the order.

5. Are you accepting credit card payments?

Yes, we accept such payments. You can pay for your wines both with debit and credit card.

6. How do I pay with a card?

The online payment is done with a personal credit / debit card or your company card – under safe conditions. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types), AMEX, Diners Club; and for direct credit card payments: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types).

7. How do I pay via ePay.bg Microaccount?

To pay through the ePay.bg MicroAccount, you need to register at ePay.bg website.

8. How do I pay via B-Pay?

To use this payment method, you only need to have the code for seewines.com (60000) for B-Pay and your unique 10-digit payment number. From the B-Pay Menu at an ATM you can choose from: menu "Other Services"> "B-Pay" menu> Enter the merchant code – 60000 > Enter the 10-digit order payment code. Once you’ve entered the required data, the screen shall show information containing the name of SeeWines.com, a brief description of the payment, the amount due and the balance on your account before payment. This is also the screen to confirm the payment – by entering the card PIN.

9. How fast is the B-pay transfer?

If the payment has been successful, the B-Pay system will automatically notify us, the payment will be validated in real time and our team will process your order.

10. Can I pay at any ATM using B-Pay?

11. How do I pay at Easypay counter?

Payment is only possible through a 10-digit code presented at Easypay counter.

12. How can I get an invoice?

You will receive an invoice for each order with us. If you wish to receive an invoice issued to a legal entity, please enter the details of this legal entity in the order remarks.

13. How can I get an original of the invoice?

The invoice is sent along with your order in your preferred way: emailed when purchasing online products or service (such as gift cards) or by courier – as a paper invoice in the package.


1. Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

We are sorry, but we are currently delivering only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. Do you deliver everywhere in the country?

We deliver wine almost all over the country, except for very small settlements. You will find a list of the settlements we deliver to here.

3. Which courier company do you work with?

For the territory of the country, the wines ordered through our online shop are delivered with the courier company Speedy. In Sofia, the orders are delivered also by our courier.

4. Can I get my order delivered by another courier?

At placing your order, you may choose to get it delivered by another courier company (please specify), in which case the courier costs are at your expense and according the tariff rates of the relevant courier.

5. How much is the delivery charge?

Standard delivery is free for orders over BGN 89.00. Otherwise it costs BGN 4.90. for the city of Sofia and BGN 6.90 for the rest of Bulgaria.

Express delivery up to 2 hours from your order is available only within the city of Sofia until 22.00 h. every day from Monday to Friday and is worth BGN 8.90.

6. How can I track the delivery of my order?

You could track the status of your order by using the number of the delivery note, on our phone 0700 20 202 or in the courier service.

7. Is there any risk of having broken bottles of wine in my order?

Your wine order shall be delivered in a special package that protects the product and, if necessary, with an insurance coverage! If you notice that the package is damaged or moist, do not accept the package before requesting the courier to use the ”Check contents” option. before signing If you find a break or a lack, please let us know by calling 0700 20 202 before accepting the package and fill out a courier service claim form. The claim form must be provided by the courier.

8. How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the selected products. The exact delivery time for each product will be found on the product page of the product. The deliveries in Sofia are made in business days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in a time range convenient for you! We can get your wine delivered within hours! 9. Do you make weekend deliveries?

At the moment we do not deliver only on Sundays and during public holidays. Saturday deliveries are made by the courier company Speedy, depending on the settlement.

Return and Replacement

1. Can I return a product(s) purchased from Seewines Logistics Ltd?

Yes. You can return already purchased goods within the 14-day statutory time limit – if the integrity of the packaging of the purchased goods is not impaired. For more information, see the Terms of Service.

3. How long does it take to get a refund for returned products?

The refund for returned products takes place within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned package. The refund will be deposited to the bank account you specified on the return form.

4. Do you accept claims?

Claims (for wine defects, such as a plug) are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date of the product.

Gift Card

1. How to Give a Gift Card?

When you want to give a Gift card to a friend or a family member, you have two options. One is to order a card with delivery to you if you want to personally give it to them. The other is to fill in his shipping details so we can send it to them.

2. What does the Gift Card looks like and what does it contain?

The Gift Card itself is plastic with standard wallet size. On the front of a purple background it says "Gift Card" and the SeeWines logo. On the back are the recipient's name, validity, rebate code, and your personalized message. The plastic, in turn, is housed in a small and elegant box with the SeeWines logo.

3. How can the recipient use their Gift Card?

How can the recipient use their Gift Card? The Gift Card recipient goes through the standard shopping procedure from the Wine Shop section of the online store www.seewines.com. Upon reaching the virtual product cart, he must enter his discount code in the "Enter promo code" field and then hit the "Activate" button.

4. Can the amount of the Gift Card be used for several individual orders?

No. The discount code on the Gift Card can only be used for one purchase and will reduce the value of the order with the same value as the Gift Card was ordered.

5. What if the value of the recipient's order is less than the discount on his Gift Card?

In this case, the difference is NOT saved for the next order, redeemed or returned. Therefore, we advise Gift Card recipients to use their discount code for orders equal to or greater than their discount.

6. What if the recipient's order value is MORE than the Gift Card value?

In this case, the recipient will have to pay the difference.
