1. What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for our services and products in one of the following ways: cash, bank transfer, card, ePay micro account, B-pay or Easypay.
2. How can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?
Payment can be made in cash to the courier once the consignment is delivered to you.
3. How do I pay by bank transfer?
You can pay via an online banking service or at the till with an order of payment of the order amount to the account below. Please do not forget to enter in the Reason field the order number and buyer's name.

4. When will I receive my order in case of bank transfer payment?
Bank transfer usually takes 1 to 2 business days, while payments from abroad may take longer. Once the money has reached our account, we will immediately prepare and send the ordered wines. Delivery time after shipment is stated during the order.
5. Are you accepting credit card payments?
Yes, we accept such payments. You can pay for your wines both with debit and credit card.
6. How do I pay with a card?
The online payment is done with a personal credit / debit card or your company card – under safe conditions. We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types), AMEX, Diners Club; and for direct credit card payments: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types).
7. How do I pay via ePay.bg Microaccount?
To pay through the ePay.bg MicroAccount, you need to register at ePay.bg website.
8. How do I pay via B-Pay?
To use this payment method, you only need to have the code for seewines.com (60000) for B-Pay and your unique 10-digit payment number.
From the B-Pay Menu at an ATM you can choose from: menu "Other Services"> "B-Pay" menu> Enter the merchant code – 60000 > Enter the 10-digit order payment code. Once you’ve entered the required data, the screen shall show information containing the name of SeeWines.com, a brief description of the payment, the amount due and the balance on your account before payment. This is also the screen to confirm the payment – by entering the card PIN.
9. How fast is the B-pay transfer?
If the payment has been successful, the B-Pay system will automatically notify us, the payment will be validated in real time and our team will process your order.

11. How do I pay at Easypay counter?
Payment is only possible through a 10-digit code presented at Easypay counter.
12. How can I get an invoice?
You will receive an invoice for each order with us. If you wish to receive an invoice issued to a legal entity, please enter the details of this legal entity in the order remarks.
13. How can I get an original of the invoice?
The invoice is sent along with your order in your preferred way: emailed when purchasing online products or service (such as gift cards) or by courier – as a paper invoice in the package.
