Бленд от Каберне Совиньон,Мерло и Сира с непрогледен, мастилен рубинено червен цвят. Пикантно - плодов нос с нотки на бял риган, амарето (горчив бадем с ликьор от вишна) в черен шоколад. Пищно, но същевременно фино и гъвкаво тяло с отлични зрели черни плодове, мокър мъх и подправки в дългия, елегантен и запомнящ се финал. Фино, гъвкаво, плътно и мощно тяло с добра структура, пълна хармония, отлични зрели червени плодове, мокър мъх и подправки.

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Syrah/Shiraz - Two names of one and the same grape variety - the winemakers from the Old world use Syrah and the ones from the New world - Shiraz. The grape is a deep red, even the pulp, therefore this variety is not suitable for blanc de noir wine style. Syrah wine has specific floral aromas in its youth and develops notes of herbs and spices such as white and black pepper as it ages.
