Gautier Cognac XO Extra 1755
Founded in 1755, Maison Gautier is one of the oldest equestrian houses to this day.
What is particularly distinctive about them is the location of the distillery and cellar, which are on the site of an old mill overlooking the river. The cellar rooms have a natural humidity, which accounts for the specific, slightly salty taste.
In honour of their birth year, the magnificent XO Extra 1755 cognac was created - a blend of the finest distillates in the cellar.
Dark amber in colour with a tobacco sheen, it's deep vanilla and spice on the palate, with a long finish that lingers on the memory of dried peaches with honey and spice.
