Винарска изба Дивес Естейт е една от младите винарни в България. Създадена с основна цел - производство на висококачествени български вина. Винарна ДиВес Естейт притежава собствени лозови насаждения, в които се отглеждат винени сортове грозде - Мерло, Каберне Совиньон, Мускат, Совиньон Блан. За висококачесвеното Розе използват българския винен сорт Памид, който отгледан в близост до морето, му придава неповторима свежест и финес. Винарска изба Дивес Естейт се намира в близост до град Ахелой. Тя е изградена на историческия хълм Симеонова могила, откъдето се открива великолепна гледка към брега на Черно море, между Ахелой и Поморие. Хълма Симеонова могила е свързан с една от най-великите битки в историята на България - Ахелойската. Тук българския цар Симеон Велики побеждава в грандиозна битка византийската армия през 917 г. като по този начин утвърждава силата и позицията на България. В чест на Симеоновата победа е издигнат монумента „Окото на победителя“, който е символ на винарната и неизменно присъства на всеки етикет.

Black Sea region
The Black Sea coast is an area where nearly 30% of Bulgarian vineyards are concentrated. The climate, with warm summers and mild winters, is suitable for growing white varieties. Autumn is warm and long, which favours the accumulation of enough sugars to produce fine white semi-dry wines. Over 50% of white grape varieties in Bulgaria are grown here, and the most common are Dimyat, Riesling, Uni Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, even Sauvignon Blanc. The wines have a pleasant fruity aroma, rich taste and elegant freshness. The old endemic variety Dimyat, in addition to being suitable for dry, is often used for the production of dessert wines, as well as for fine aromatic distillates.

Southwest of France is Merlot’s birthplace - the regions of Saint-Émilion and Pomerol. Merlot is nowadays widely planted across the world much like Cabernet Sauvignon because it is an early maturing grape variety and because of its ability to ripen fully even in slightly cooler climates.
