These espelette pepper reiettes are created using an artisanal method. The espelette pepper allows the delicate flavour of the fish to be highlighted, giving it a special taste, offering a contrast that provides all the richness of these two products. Sardines are caught off the coast of Brittany and the accompanying pepper is grown in the Basque country.
