What's different about the citrus version of the gin is that it's made with the four rarest citrus fruits on the planet. The gin is made through a four-stage process - soaking juniper in wheat alcohol, herb infusion, fruit infusion and distillation through copper pipes, which removes the pungent smell of alcohol. Also Silent Pool is one of the few products that use copper. With a total of 24 herbs and fruits, this is one of the most flavorful and mellow gins on the market.
