With a delicate but strong taste, Guanaja is a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. It also contains natural vanilla, sugar and cocoa butter. Its taste is the perfect sweet-bitter balance. Guanaja is distinguished by its bitterness, which is not too intrusive, but harmonious. It is complemented by a palette of aromas of warm and pleasant cocoa beans, lit by the sun. It goes perfectly with Amarone red wine.

Content: Dark chocolate (70% minimum cocoa, pure cocoa butter). Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of NUTS, DAIRY and EGG proteins, GLUTEN and PEANUTS. To be stored: dry and cool place at a temperature: from + 16°С to +18°С.
