The vodka is produced using Estonian technology in a small family distillery on the island of Saramaa - from special varieties of Estonian wheat, Estonian rye and Estonian potatoes. Triple distilled, with additional processing to soften the ethyl alcohol. The water used in the production of the vodka is obtained from an artesian well and is further ozonated to improve the organoleptic qualities and taste of the vodka. The well-chilled vodka is extremely suitable for consumption with sturgeon, salmon, herring, caviar, etc.
