Bushmills 16 Y.O. undergoes three distillations and is aged in bourbon, sherry and port casks. As the first 16 years is divided into two equal parts which lie in the first two types of cask and after mixing are left for a few more months in port wine casks. The unique aging process gives this single malt notes of juicy fruit, nuts and spice. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks.
