This assemblage from Fetească Neagra, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is a mastery exercise of Alira oenologists. The bet is to create a more expressive wine than any of the components. The result is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant intensity, with strong aromas of ripe red fruits and fine notes of dry wood and leaves.

Deep Ruby with Violet reflexes with sour cherries, wood, dried leaves in the nose, and chocolate, candied fruit, white pepper in the rich taste.

The versatile notes of this wine offer a wide range of associations, the most suitable ones being beef. It is recommended for cooked beef in wine sauce, meatballs, but also roast, as spicy as possible. It also fits an oven-cooked duck breast, served with pecan nut puree
