Pack of 6 bottles of Ayano Rosé
Pack of 6 bottles of Ayano Rosé.
The vineyards with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are located near the village of Harsovo, where the climate is warm but thanks to the air currents coming from the Aegean Sea and the cooler night currents descending from the surrounding mountains, large diurnal amplitudes are maintained.
Beautiful pearly-pink color. Neutral nose with tangerine notes. The body is ethereal-light, with fruity, relatively juicy finish. Delicate rosé, dry, with medium length and good balance.

Struma Valley
The Struma Valley region covers the Southwestern part of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian part of Macedonia. The climate of the region is specific and is highly influenced by the warm currents from the Mediterranean Sea. The main grape varieties here are the local endemic Shiroka Melnishka vine, Melnik 55 (cross between Shiroka Melnishka vine and the French variety Valdigie), but also the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and others. Due to the dryer climate and the higher temperatures, the wines develop warm southern tones in the aroma, with nuances of ripe fruit and a densely rich body. Of particular interest are the wines from Shiroka Melnik vine, partly due to the fact that the variety is difficult to grow because it ripens in late autumn. Today, the region is the most dynamically developing in Bulgaria, with many new, small, family owned wineries, increasingly focused on the quality and terroir expression of the wines they produce.

Grenache
Grenache (Garnacha) is a red-wine grape grown extensively in France, Spain, Australia and the United States. Grenache is the French name for the grape, while in Spain it is known as Garnacha, and on the island of Sardinia they call it Cannonau. In France it is most commonly found in the classic Southern Rhone Blend ( it is the main grape variety in Chateauneuf-du-Pape) but also plays a main role in one of southern France's signature Rosè wine style in Provence. In Spain, Garnacha is the key constituent in the prestigious wines of Priorat.
