Dark chocolate Caraibe with roasted hazelnuts impresses with smoky and bitter cocoa notes. It contains 66% cocoa and is an intense dark chocolate with woody notes and accents of roasted nuts. Caraibe has a delicate, dense sweet cocoa base, under which smoky accents, bitter notes and playful hazelnut pieces are revealed. Valrhona's Caraibe and Guanaja dark chocolates exemplify the richness, richness and unique blend of modern chocolates, which is why Caraibe is often associated with a "feminine" profile and Guanaja more of a "masculine" profile.
