Wensleydale with blueberries
Hailing from North Yorkshire, Wensleydale is considered a British classic. The cheese is believed to date back to the Middle Ages, introduced to Britain by Cistercian monks who settled in the town of Wensleydale.
Coombe Castle Wensleydale is combined with the finest blueberries to make this classic sweet blend. The dark purple flecks of the blueberries create a striking contrast to the cream colored Wensleydale.
Contents: Pasteurized cow's MILK, sourdough, salt, rennet, dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, preservative, sunflower oil) 10%, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate. It is recommended to consume at room temperature. To be stored: from 0°C to +5°C.
