More about this product
Lokoya
Founded in 1995, Lokoya Winery is a collection of four distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon wines, the grapes for which come from the most famous mountain appeals in the Napa Valley, California: Mount Veeder, Howell Mountain, Diamond Mountain District and Spring Mountain District. Wild fermentation and bottling without filtration and clarification are the secret to better preserving the specificity of each of these four terroirs. A combination of experience, skill and vision make it easier to work with the saturated aromas of the thick skins and control the intense tannins. Lokoya's oenologist, Christopher Carpenter, believes that the perfection of his wines is due to the work of nature itself and that a sense of the right moment is needed when it needs to intervene - in the vineyard or in the cellar. Demanded by collectors around the world, Lokoya wines have a huge potential for aging.

This is probably the most famous red wine grape variety on Earth - a natural crossing between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. From its origins in Bordeaux, this vine has successfully spread to almost every wine growing country in the world. Cabernet Sauvignon wines always demonstrate a handful of common character traits: deep color, excellent tannic structure and aromas of black berries and spices.
