The wine is a blend of three varieties - 30% Mavrud, 40% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a typical terroir of the Thracian valley. Intense and multilayered with delicate ripe tannins. No

aging in oak barrels, the idea being to preserve the harmony and balance of the varieties. Suitable for consumption with roasted red meats and grilled vegetables, pasta with tomato sauces and cheeses.

Винарска изба „Конопане“ се намира в с.Могилово намиращо се в котловина на Чирпанските възвишения.Избата е създадена през 2018 година,като в началото вината се реализират на пазара под бранда“ Mon Ami”. През следващата година стартират и още две серии „Буналя“ и „От лозето“. В началото на 2021 година се реализира успешно на пазара и серия „Urtha“ носеща името на местеност в която се отглежда сорта Мавруд. Избата произвежда лимитирани серии вина от 1000-2500 бутилки. Преработват се различни сортове: Сира,Мавруд,Каберне Совиньон, Гренаш,Мурведър,Совиьон блан и Семиион.

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Syrah

Syrah/Shiraz - Two names of one and the same grape variety - the winemakers from the Old world use Syrah and the ones from the New world - Shiraz. The grape is a deep red, even the pulp, therefore this variety is not suitable for blanc de noir wine style.
