Black Sea Gold Cabernet Sauvignon Brandy Cask 2019
A complex wine with seductive aromas and perfectly preserved fruit freshness.The oenologists directly responsible for its qualities and character are two ladies - Donka Tomova and Anelia Yankova.
The grapes are from the own vineyards of Black Sea Gold - the array is located in the locality of Penchov Kladenets in the land of the village of Troyanovo, Kameno municipality. The age of the vineyard is 20 years.
The grapes are harvested by hand, in crates, at the beginning of October. Cold maceration was carried out for 5 days and fermentation for 10 days in an inox vessel. The wine has been aged for 12 months in 400 litre barrels made of Strandzha oak, in which the wine brandy has matured for years.
The idea of Brandy Cask Cabernet Sauvignon is to offer the market a product that has been created using a different technological approach. The barrels of Stranja oak in which the wine brandy has been aged enrich the intense taste of fresh red fruits in the wine with sweet vanilla, chocolate and spicy nuances.

Черноморско злато Поморие
Историята на Черноморско злато започва през 1924 г., когато предприемчиви българи от град Поморие създават Димят: първата кооперация за лозарство и винарство. Вековният опит във винопроизводството от своя страна дава на лозарите от Поморие самочувствието, че в крайна сметка през 1932 г. построяват първата модерна винарска изба в града. През 50-те години на ХХ в. Черноморско злато придобива облика на модерна винарска фабрика с високо ценена продукция. Двадесет години по-късно поморийската винарна има нещо ново, с което да се гордее: създаването на специален корпус от 12 000 дъбови бъчви за отлежаване на винения дестилат. През 1994 г. винарната внася 8 оригинални котли Charentais от региона на Коняк във Франция, които помагат на Черноморското злато на Поморие да започне да създава най-висококачествените видове ракия и бренди в Югоизточна Европа. Днес някогашната изба, датираща от 1932 г., е в сърцето на забележителен модерен хотелски комплекс за винен туризъм, придружен от ресторант, зала за дегустация на вина и музей, известен на ценителите на висококачествени вина като Via Pontica. В периода 2007 - 2013 г. Черноморско злато инвестира повече от 5,5 млн. евро в изграждането на микровинарна. Микровинарството е единствена по рода си технология за производство на вино, при която всички процеси се извършват на ръка. Това позволява производството на ограничени серии висококачествени вина. Отглеждането на лозя при подходящи условия е в основата на всичко това. Притежават повече от 650 хектара лозя с най-популярните класически винени сортове грозде. Всички процеси се извършват на ръка: от брането, през внимателното отделяне на гроздето, до точното сортиране.

The Black Sea coast is an area where nearly 30% of Bulgarian vineyards are concentrated. The climate, with warm summers and mild winters, is suitable for growing white varieties. Autumn is warm and long, which favours the accumulation of enough sugars to produce fine white semi-dry wines. Over 50% of white grape varieties in Bulgaria are grown here, and the most common are Dimyat, Riesling, Uni Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, even Sauvignon Blanc. The wines have a pleasant fruity aroma, rich taste and elegant freshness. The old endemic variety Dimyat, in addition to being suitable for dry, is often used for the production of dessert wines, as well as for fine aromatic distillates.
