With a delicate but strong cocoa flavor, Guanaja is a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. It also contains natural vanilla, sugar and cocoa butter. Its taste is the perfect sweet-bitter balance. Guanaja is distinguished by its bitterness, which is not too intrusive, but harmonious. To further enhance the cacao intensity of this powerful flavor, roasted cacao nibs are also added to the recipe. A palette of aromas of warm and pleasant sun-kissed cocoa beans completes the whole combination perfectly. Perfectly combined with Amarone red wine.
