With a delicate but strong cocoa flavor, Guanaja is a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. It also contains natural vanilla, sugar and cocoa butter. Its taste is the perfect sweet-bitter balance. Guanaja is distinguished by its bitterness, which is not too intrusive, but harmonious. To further enhance the cacao intensity of this powerful flavor, roasted cacao nibs are also added to the recipe.
