Pinot Noir Rose Oenophil Rossidi 2020
Лозето е разположено на хълмове в района на село Николаево, Източно-тракийска долина, България.
В подножието на Стара планина на 300 м надморска височина гроздето се възползва от хладния въздушен поток и добрата амплитуда на температурата между деня и нощта през сезона на зреене. Почвата под е предимно глина, примесена с чакъл и варовик.
Обезкостените и леко смачкани, плодовете се мацерират за 2 часа в затворена мембранна преса и след това внимателно се притискат.
Алкохолната ферментация се осъществява в резервоари от неръждаема стомана с контролирана температура. Виното отлежава върху утайката в продължение на 6 месеца, придобивайки характер и оформяща структура.
Виното очарова с жив розов цвят и оттенъци на сьомга. Атрактивни аромати на пресни червени череши, ягоди, бяла праскова. Освежаващо и елегантно вино, със средно тяло и аромати на червени и бели плодове, кремообразно докосване и вкусно сочно покритие.

Thracian valley
In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.
