Биодинамичната изба на Солико Циашвили създава това вино от най-старите си лозя в региона на Кахетия. Винификацията протича по класически грузински метод като всеки процес се извършва ръчно. Виното отлежава 4 месеца в типичните за Грузия глинени амфори - Квеври.

Our Wine
Our wine is a family winery run by wine producer Soliko Tsaishvili. Soliko produces wines according to biodynamic standards and was one of the first to do so in Georgia. Soliko's wines have as much character as he does; bold, rustic and authentic to the place. Our wines remind you of a fresh autumn night in Kakheti, where you are gathered around a table with friends drinking toasts of love, friendship and wine.
