Kometa No Man's Land 2015
Гроздето е от лозя в югозападна България. Подбраните сортове Мерло и Каберне Совиньон са съобразени с климатичните особености на региона и вида на почвите.
Направено е внимателно, подборно бране, като преди гроздобера е извършено маркиране и внимателна селекция на гроздовете, а след това на зърната.
Виното отлежава 8 месеца във френски бъчви от 225 и 500 л., за да се получи развитие, без да доминира дъба.
Почвите на мерлото са леки и отцедливи, добре запасени с желязо. Кабернето е от терен с малко по-голям процент глина, но и с повече карбонати. Изразеният наклон позволява отлична експозиция на слънцето на всяка една лоза в него.
Оптималното количество листна маса позволява на лозите да запазят характера на гроздето въпреки горещото и сухо лято.
Лозята са около 40-50 годишни, корените им са дълбоко в почвата и те успяват да осигурят влага на гроздето, така че да издържи през сухите и горещи лета на югозападна България.

Thracian valley
In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.
