The winery's own vineyards in the Karnobat region, from which the grapes come, are 20-year-old vineyards in the area of Vehtite Vineyards near the village of. Lozenets and in the locality of Alchaka in the land of the village of. Venets. The soils are predominantly cinnamon-forest and the climate is characterised by a dry spring and autumn and mild winters.  The grapes are hand-picked between 15 and 25 October, and the vineyards are located just 3 km from the cellar.

The Oak Tree is regarded as a sacred tree in the legends and lore of various peoples and cultures. It also occupies a significant place in the history of wine and its production. It is a symbol of power and agelessness, of the quest for perfection and immortality.

Black Sea region

Black Sea region

The Black Sea coast is an area where nearly 30% of Bulgarian vineyards are concentrated. The climate, with warm summers and mild winters, is suitable for growing white varieties. Autumn is warm and long, which favours the accumulation of enough sugars to produce fine white semi-dry wines. Over 50% of white grape varieties in Bulgaria are grown here, and the most common are Dimyat, Riesling, Uni Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, even Sauvignon Blanc. The wines have a pleasant fruity aroma, rich taste and elegant freshness. The old endemic variety Dimyat, in addition to being suitable for dry, is often used for the production of dessert wines, as well as for fine aromatic distillates.
