At the atelier, they are not afraid to experiment – that’s why you’ll discover rosehip and ginger cookies, licorice and rose with lime, wine and Christmas spices, macadamia marzipan with tonka bean, honey, ginger, and walnuts… and dozens of other flavor adventures that alternate between warm and spicy, crunchy and soft, familiar and completely unexpected.
Everything is handmade, crafted with care for every detail and without rushing – except maybe for yours, because last year the calendars sold out in a flash.
