Rakia Alchemist Mavrud Bio
Initially there is a beautiful, natural sweetness, followed by a woody-grassy impression of aged grappa. The spice develops as it progresses, and the tannins and resins emerge more clearly, accompanied by vanilla and nutmeg. The texture is light but has enough volume to create a pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is slightly bitter, with a good, spicy sharpness.
