The finest Italian grape musts, fermented together with 100% Italian Red Wine Vinegar are used for this unique balsamic vinegar. Resting for a minimum of 60 days in OAK barrels, it builds a sweet balanced zest and some slight aromatics of oak, only to be finished with the must infusion of natural raspberry and become a small delicacy in our every day table. This product is great as a marinade for dressings and salads. Good for Chicken or Beef roast marinades, or even fruit cakes with a twist.
