Amontillado VORS
A classic and exceptional wine resulting from the combination of the two forms of traditional Jerez ageing methods; an initial phase of biological ageing, under ‘velo de flor’ – a local yeast coating -, lasting 10 years and a second phase of oxidative ageing lasting over 20 years. It’s this combination that makes this wine a symbol of elegance and complexity and among the many aromas and flavors we discover dried fruits such as apricot and apple, orange peel, almond, honey, caramel, wood.

More about this product
Bodegas Tradicion
Bodegas Tradición is a young winery located in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, but has the honor of being the successor to the oldest winery in the area. The winery was founded in 1998 by Joaquin Rivero, who decided to revive not only the family tradition in the production of Sherry, but also the traditional styles and processes in the production of wines from Jerez. The terroir in which the vineyards of the winery are located is located in the province of Cadiz, in the southeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula. The influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Guadalquivir, Guadalete and Sierra de Cádiz rivers are key to understanding the uniqueness of wines.
