Bio salame Milano
Milano Pre-Sliced Spring Salami comes from the processing of lean pork combined with whole fat ground into rice grains. Everything is seasoned with salt, cracked peppercorns, ground white pepper, and sometimes garlic, and aged for an average of about 60 days. It goes perfectly with the classic Milanese michetta and with bread in general, it is also recommended in combination with young red wines such as Grignolino d'Asti or that of Monferrato Casalese.
Contents: Pork, sea salt, sugar cane, spices. Certification body BG-BIO-04. The product does not contain dairy derivatives, added preservatives and gluten. To be stored: from 0°C to +7°C.
