Детайли
Bessa Valley’s Enira Reserve 2016 Magnum brings together four grape varieties and a great occasion for sharing. Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot come together to form a full-bodied red blend.
The aromatic profile intertwines ripe plum and forest fruits, complemented by dark chocolate, vanilla, and subtle oak nuances. The palate is rich and enveloping, with a distinct tannic structure and a long finish. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, it gains depth and unifies the individual varietal characteristics into a cohesive whole.
This is a bottle for lovers of full-bodied red wines and for evenings when food and conversation deserve more time. We would pair it with slow-roasted lamb, veal with mushrooms, or aged hard cheeses.
It’s also a great gift choice for someone who appreciates Bulgarian wines and the pleasure of sharing them.

More about this product
Bessa Valley
The Bessa Valley project started in 2001 with the purchase of land from about 800 owners in Ognyanovo (Pazardzhik region). Bessa Valley is located on 2,500 acres, 1,400 of which are already occupied. The main cellar is convex in an arc dug into the rugged hill. Next to it is the Rotunda, in which the grapes ferment. A pergola connects the cellar with the administrative building. The walls of the buildings are lined with limestone, in which marine inhabitants have left their traces. Part of the cellar is dug into the rock, which is essential for the storage and aging of wine in barrels. The scale allows maintaining a constant temperature and humidity.

Thracian valley
In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.
