Детайли

This blend of 66% Syrah and 34% Petit Verdot captivates with its very pale pink color and delicate orange highlights. The aroma opens with strawberry and raspberry, joined by mango, pear, and subtle floral notes.

On the palate, the wine is soft and rounded, with a freshness that keeps the fruit character lively and expressive. Aging on the lees contributes to its smooth texture, and the lingering finish leaves a pleasant fruity sensation. It is precisely this balance between delicacy and body that makes this rosé an interesting choice for the dinner table.

Served at 8–10°C, Enira Rosé pairs well with grilled shrimp, tuna tartare, fresh salads, and soft cheeses. Herbs, citrus fruits, and olive oil offer further pairing ideas—from a light lunch to a seafood-inspired dinner.

\ Bessa Valley

Bessa Valley

The Bessa Valley project started in 2001 with the purchase of land from about 800 owners in Ognyanovo (Pazardzhik region). Bessa Valley is located on 2,500 acres, 1,400 of which are already occupied. The main cellar is convex in an arc dug into the rugged hill. Next to it is the Rotunda, in which the grapes ferment. A pergola connects the cellar with the administrative building. The walls of the buildings are lined with limestone, in which marine inhabitants have left their traces. Part of the cellar is dug into the rock, which is essential for the storage and aging of wine in barrels. The scale allows maintaining a constant temperature and humidity.

Thracian valley

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Syrah

Syrah

Syrah/Shiraz - Two names of one and the same grape variety - the winemakers from the Old world use Syrah and the ones from the New world - Shiraz. The grape is a deep red, even the pulp, therefore this variety is not suitable for blanc de noir wine style. Syrah wine has specific floral aromas in its youth and develops notes of herbs and spices such as white and black pepper as it ages. These varietal specifics come out better when blended with a small amount of Viognier - a method gaining popularity more and more around the world. Syrah produces wines capable of ageing and improving over decades, which enhances its plummy and almost oriental spicy flavours.
