Unique and unrepeatable, Dulcey is the fourth color of chocolate called blond (golden). It contains 35% cocoa butter. It has salty notes at the end and slight hints of cookie. With a sweet taste of caramelized whole milk, Dulcey evokes sweet childhood memories. Artful, delicate and yet unforgettable, Dulcey was accidentally invented by Valrhona's pastry chef. He forgets white chocolate on the stove and it begins to acquire a smoky-caramel flavor. So after two more years of working on the recipe, Valrhona came up with the fourth color of chocolate: Dulcey.
Contains: cocoa butter, sugar, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, whey (MILK), BUTTER (MILK), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of NUTS, EGG protein, GLUTEN and PEANUTS. To be stored: in a dry and cool place at a temperature: from + 16°C to +18°C
