Caraibe dark chocolate impresses with smoky and bitter cocoa notes. It contains 66% cocoa and is intense with woody notes and accents of roasted nuts. Valrhona's Caraibe and Guanaja dark chocolates exemplify the richness, richness and unique blend of modern chocolates, which is why Caraibe is often associated with a "feminine" profile and Guanaja more of a "masculine" profile.
