Château Cavalier Grand Cavalier Blanc, 2025 vintage - an original blend of Rolle, Semillon, and Clairette that reveals the full richness of the Provençal terroir. With a pale, crystalline color, it boasts an expressive aroma with notes of pear, white peach, boxwood blossom, and yuzu, accented by a subtle hint of spice. The palate seduces with its balance of freshness and softness, supported by a long, salty finish. A light, mineral, and elegant white wine with great aging potential.

Château Ferrande Graves Blanc, vintage 2023 - hand-harvested according to ripeness Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Gris are the varieties that form Château Ferrand’s white blend, distinguished by its aromatic complexity. The distinctive Sauvignon Gris with its pink skin - an ancient variety present in unusually high proportions for the Graves appellation - acts as a catalyst, imparting the blend’s characteristic minerality and exotic character. On the nose, tropical aromas (mango, lychee, passion fruit, grapefruit, ginger) with hints of vanilla from the barrel. On the palate, the initial freshness and vibrancy gradually give way to the wine’s balanced and elegant foundation. This elegance carries through to the finish, adding an almost salty minerality.

Château de l'Hyvernière Cru Goulaine, vinatge 2023 - Cru Goulaine embodies the excellence of the Muscadet Sèvre & Maine appellation. Sourced from plots on soils of gneiss, mica schist and granite, this cuvée benefits from a long ageing on lees for 24 months in concrete and stainless steel vats with regular stirring, which gives it a silky texture and preserves its maximum freshness. The nose, intense and complex, opens with delicate mineral notes, white fruits such as pear and vine peach, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous, with a long, mouth-watering and lingering finish. Ideal for food lovers, this Muscadet pairs wonderfully with roast turbot, shellfish or a mature Comté cheese, and is perfectly suited to ageing for years to come.
