Selected by the Best of Gourmet Sélection in 2019, our Greek Balsamic is made from balsamic vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels. We add our petimes - the Corinthian grape - at the end of the aging process to achieve delicious sweet notes to the finish. Light in acidity and velvety smooth, the product is additive free with no added sugar. You will appreciate its notes of red berries, honey and quince. In the kitchen it partners perfectly with salads, roasted vegetables, meat and fish.
