The product is a monovarietal oil, produced exclusively from olives freshly harvested in mid-season in Greece.Ideal for fresh pasta, grilled fish and marinades. Extra virgin thanks to its perfect level of acidity, monovarietal thanks to its production from a single variety of olives (koroneiki), cold extracted to preserve the taste and benefits. Available only in opaque packaging to protect it from light. With a very low acidity level (less than 0.35%), 02 Kalios ranks among the best olive oil vintages.
