Middle Forest Syrah is a wine that reveals the terroir and characteristics of the vineyard from which it comes. Its inky colour, austere and intriguing nose suggest its elegance. The smooth and soft structure, supported by the velvety tannins of the French barriques in which it has been aged for 10 months, give us a taste of red berries, sweet spices and vanilla. The juiciness of the wine pairs well with yellow cheeses, game dishes and pasta.

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Syrah

Syrah/Shiraz - Two names of one and the same grape variety - the winemakers from the Old world use Syrah and the ones from the New world - Shiraz. The grape is a deep red, even the pulp, therefore this variety is not suitable for blanc de noir wine style. Syrah wine has specific floral aromas in its youth and develops notes of herbs and spices such as white and black pepper as it ages.
