Château Cavalier се намира във Видoбан и е разположен в сърцето на равнината Аржен, граничеща на юг с масива Мур. Първоначално на площ от 50 хектара, Château Cavalier се разраства до 132 хектара, като оптимизира селекцията и гъстотата на насажденията, за да подчертае финеса и ароматната концентрация на своите розови вина. Лозята растат предимно на плитки песъчливи почви, които се радват на добър дренаж. Разнообразието от различни почви в този тероар, от чакъл до песъчливо-глинести, е резултат от геоложки разлом, датираща от от периода на кватернера.
