Since the late 80's, the owner Paolo Leo, with a lot of passion and perseverance, decided to focus on the cultivation and revival of varieties originating from the region, such as: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Bianca and Nera di Lecce. Their faults are easily recognizable. They reflect in your body the aroma, tastes and character of Puglia.
