The vineyards are 17 years old, located between the foot of the Venchansko Kale and the r. Zlatina. The soils are sandy-clay carbonates. The exposure is south-east. Altitude - 90 m. The grapes are hand-picked in small crates and transported to a cold chamber. The cooled grapes are sorted by hand, milled and pressed. The alcoholic fermentation temperature is controlled at 11-15°C .
