I’ve put together a selection of six wines with which I’d like to invite you to enjoy the fall in your own way—with a glass of wine, good food, and shared moments. In this selection, I’m highlighting the diversity of Bulgarian winemaking—from characterful white wines, through rosé and orange wine, to red varieties that offer body and character.

Bratanov 3 Blend White 2023
I chose this blend because it allows us to discover the different nuances that white grape varieties can offer when combined. I see it as a wonderful choice for a quiet autumn evening and for a meal shared with loved ones.

Chardonnay Downtown Urban Winery 2023
I included this Chardonnay for fans of varietal wines that possess their own character and individuality. It’s an invitation to take time with your glass and discover what makes each wine unique.

Bendida Rubin Rosé 2025
I added this rosé to bring freshness and color to the fall selection. I like the idea of stepping outside seasonal expectations and enjoying a glass of rosé even as the days grow cooler.

Enso OTT1L Orange Muscat Ottonel 2023
I included this orange wine for those moments when I want to try something different and step outside my comfort zone. It adds an intriguing touch to the selection and opens the door to new wine discoveries.

Kailashki Rubin 2023 Gorun
I chose this wine to offer another perspective on the Bulgarian Rubin grape variety. For me, it’s part of the joy of discovering local wines and finding new reasons to return to them.

Tempus Vini Mavrud 2022
I wouldn’t complete my fall selection without Mavrud—a variety that holds a special place in Bulgarian winemaking tradition. I’ve included the 2022 vintage as a characterful finale, perfect for those evenings when I want to open a bottle with a story and savor the moment.

With this selection, I invite you to discover six different perspectives on wine and make this fall a little cozier. Because for me, good wine isn’t just a drink—it’s a way to share, try new things, and create memories.
