Andreola
Andreola is a family winery established in 1984. by Nazareno Pola, a former cyclist who understands that the best place for Prosecco is Valdobiadene. After the 1960s, Prosecco wines became extremely modern and many producers, in their desire to increase the quantity, went down to the "easy" plain vineyards in Treviso and Conegliano. In this way, Pola acquired real "treasures" located on the difficult, almost inaccessible slopes of Valdobiadene, in the hills of Col San Martino. Today, the mansion is run by Nazareno's son, Stefano Pola, who continues the tradition but also introduces modern technology and vision. Almost all vineyards are under Valdobbiadene DOCG, which allowed Stefano to apply a whole new look to making wine - he began to make "terroir" Prosecco, one plot - one wine. Due to the difficult accessibility of the vineyards, the grape harvest is done manually. The cellar has the highest level of equipment and relies on a gentle press and fine extract. Only natural yeast is used and the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The unique philosophy, vision, high quality do not go unnoticed and bring the winery some of the most prestigious awards in wine - Gambero Rosso, Falstaff, Wine Enthusiast, Vinous, Doctor Wine, Bibenda, James Suckling, Vitae AIS.
