Deperu Holler

In northern Sardinia, Carlo Deperu and his wife, Tatiana Holler, are replanting the family vineyards and adding several new plots, expanding their plantations to 6 hectares in the Perfugas area. Located less than fifteen kilometers, the sea brings a constant fresh breeze, which is extremely beneficial to the vineyards of the family. The Vermentino variety prevails, which gives the wine density and minerality, and ranks it among the most complex and remarkable white wines of the Mediterranean. Carlo and Tatiana also make red wine with a lot of aroma and character from the Cannonau and Muristellu varieties.
