Domaine Landrat-Guyollot

Domaine Landrat-Guyollot is located in the village of Les Berthiers in Pouilly-Fumé, in the central vineyards of the Loire. It is owned by the same family of ten generations, unusually passed from mother to daughter. The current owner is Sophie Landrat-Guyollot . The foundations were laid in 1686 in the area of ​​Nivers, and the last three generations who ruled the estate were women. Since 1992 the helm is held by Sophie, a graduate of the Lycee Agricole in Bonn. Domaine Landrat-Guyollot owns 13 hectares of vineyards planted on soils of chalk, clay, limestone and marl. The delicate Sauvignon Blanc grapes are fermented at low temperatures to preserve the fine fruity flavors characteristic of Pouilly's terroir.
