Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov are the people behind Georgiev / Milkov's guilt. The wine production started in the harvest of 2014. The two longtime friends are certified oenologists who have vinified in different parts of the world - Austria, Malta, USA, New Zealand, China, but their idea is to emphasize the Bulgarian, in - Western Thracian Plain , where are both their vineyards. They believe in the potential of the local Bulgarian varieties and that is why their joint project started with two of them - Mavrud and Rubin. The production of Georgiev / Milkov wines is growing rapidly, the two experienced oenologists rely on manual picking, sorting and pressing.
