Glushnik

The Glushnik boutique winery is located in the Sliven region of the Thracian lowlands - the wine village whose name the winery is located at the foot of Grebenets Mountain, south of the Sinite Kamani Nature Park. The focus of winemakers is international varieties. Carefully selected and carefully processed to achieve a wine different from the mass products on the market. Among the varieties grown are Kaladok, which was created in 1958 in southern France after a cross between Grenache and Malbec, Glushnik Syrah, a good Bulgarian interpretation of the classic Syrah variety, exclusively Cabernet Franc, interesting blends from Gewürztraminer and Pinot Grigio, Muscat and Viognier - which are among the best examples. The winery produces quality wines, aged in French style.
