OENOPS WINES PC was founded in 2015 by Nikos Karatsas and is the newest winery in the region of Drama, in the northeastern part of mainland Greece. Nikos' main goal is to discover old plots all over Greece, from which to be inspired and to make the best wines, of the highest quality, in limited quantities. Thus, the grapes come from personally selected vineyards - mainly from Drama and Macedonia, which are grown by ambitious vine growers who have found their like-minded oenologist in the person of Nikos.
