Сочно и комплексно, елегантно и леко минерално, това вино е създадено от енологичния екип на Ню Блум Уайнъри: Рангел Пейков, Николай Цветков, Любомира Иванова, Маргарита Нанкова, Гено Танев, Владимир Влъчков.

Масивите с каберне совиньон и регент са засадени през 2010 в землището на село Найден Герово. Сирата е от местността Рошава могила, град Съединение, засадена също през 2010. Всъщност масивите със собствени лозя обхващат землищата на три населени места. В масивите с червени сортове преобладават червени глинести почви, богати на желязо, което спомага за изява на пълния сортов потенциал

Сортовете за производството на това вино се берат и ферментират поотделно. Регент е най-ранно зреещият сорт от купажа и беритбата започва в края на август, началото на септември. Следва сирата около 15 септември и последно, в началото на октомври, се прибира каберне совиньон. Алкохолната ферментация се провежда в резервоари от неръждаема стомана. След приключването ѝ, се провежда и ябълчно-млечнокисела ферментация. Вината се оставят за стареене във френски дъбови бъчви 14 месеца, а след бутилиране отлежават минимум 6 месеца в бутилка.

Thracian valley

In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.
