English crackers with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt are specially designed to be fine so that the cheese doesn't overpower. Made from a gluten-free grain blend with tapioca, buttermilk, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Serve with pecorino or other hard cheese. Artisan Biscuits use the best quality raw materials such as: cow butter, non-dehydrated oils and extra virgin olive oil. They never use preservatives or dyes.

Contents: Gluten-free oat flour, rice starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil (11%), corn starch, sea salt (5%), gluten-free processed malted BARLEY, autolyzed yeast, salt (1%), baking soda. May contain traces of NUTS. To store: in a dry and cool place.
