The organic fresh milk is processed at 3 in the morning after the day of collection and the huge cakes remain in brine for around 21 days before being transferred to special cellars, where they are aged for a period of 12 to 30 month.

We recommend you enjoy it sprinkled on salad, bruschetta, pasta and risotto. The flavors of Bio Grated Parmigiano Reggiano stand out more when sprinkled on warm dishes such as cream soup and baked lasagna.
