Recipe for Bella Fizz
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Italian Fig
- 120 ml Match Tonic Water Floral
- 1 slice of red grapefruit
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Take a pre-chilled Bohemia OPTIC gin glass or a Flute Split Glass tumbler and fill it with ice.
- Pour 45 ml of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin over the ice cubes.
- Slowly add 120 ml of Match Tonic Water Floral.
- Garnish with a slice of red grapefruit.
