Recipe for Citrus Highball Twist
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 120 ml Match Tonic Water Indian
- 1 lime slice
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Take a pre-chilled Bohemia OPTIC gin glass or a Flute Split Glass tumbler and fill it with ice.
- Pour 45 ml of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin over the ice cubes.
- Add 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir gently to balance the citrus flavours.
- Top up with 120 ml of Match Tonic Water Indian.
- Garnish with a slice of lime for a fresh aroma and a subtle citrus accent.
