100% pure fruit distillate from Kyustendil cherries, produced in the distillery of the Angelov family in the village of. Shipochano.
After picking, all leaves are removed from the cherries, the stones are also removed by hand and only the clean fruit goes into the fermenters. At a controlled temperature of 24 degrees, the fermentation of the raw material is completed in about a week and the brandy is then immediately distilled in a hybrid copper pot still.
The result is an amazingly preserved fruity cherry and cherry confit flavour with a mild and pleasant taste.
